Destination: Richmond Highlands

Who We Are?

RHNA  seeks to foster a rich community life in the Richmond Highlands neighborhood of Shoreline. Within the boundaries of Richmond Highlands, are many smaller neighborhoods – some very close knit, other loosely formed.  The Association is directed by a volunteer board that places focus on informing neighbors of local events, seasonal activities, and issues of city-wide concern.  When brought to our attention, RHNA  advocates for residents and businesses. RHNA aims to incorporate the talents and skills of community members to create a vital, supportive, and welcoming neighborhood. Living or owning a business in the Richmond Highlands neighborhood makes you an automatic member of the Richmond Highlands Neighborhood Association.

About Destination Richmond Highlands: RHNA commissioned artist Will Schlough to create the mural located at the southwest corner of Aurora Ave. N and N 185th Street. Destination: Richmond Highlands was unveiled on March 9, 2019.  The mural was funded by the City of Shoreline Neighborhood Mini-grant program, the City of Shoreline 1% for Public Art Fund, and the Richmond Highlands Neighborhood Association.  In an agreement between the City of Shoreline and the Kroger Company, the mural is installed on private property with permission by Fred Meyer Stores and Spiro’s Pizza.
